Palm Coast

Located in the eastern portion of Flagler County is Palm Coast. This coastal city is in the heart of Northeast Florida, equidistant between the cities of Jacksonville and Orlando. Palm Coast is a planned community with all price ranges of homes and types and styles to fit your particular needs.

Flagler Beach

Flager Beach is located about 26 miles north of Daytona Beach, about a 25 minute drive. Flagler Beach is a quiet beach community of less than 6,000 people. There is one main stoplight on A1A across from the beach and the pier. Most of the streets of Flagler run parallel to A1A which itself runs parallel to the ocean. In most places there are about 4 of these parallel streets including A1A, though where the main street Moody Vlvd intersects A1A there are about 8. This means that residents of Flagler can walk to the beach no matter where they live because they are at most 8 blocks from the beach.

Recently the Flagler area has been discovered! It's great attraction is its quietness and proximity to the beach while at the same time being near to Daytona Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville. From flagler you can be in Daytona in 25 yet flagler itself is a peaceful little town where you can relax and get away from the frenzy of bigger cities.

Flagler Beach is a wide sandy no-drive beach where sea turtles lay their eggs and people come to walk or swim without worrying about crowds.

Although Flagler is quiet itself there is much to do nearby from golfing at the elegant resort Hammock Golf Course to travelling to either Daytona Beach, St. Augustine or Jacksonville. Marineland is just north of Flagler on A1A leading to St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States. There is fresh water fishing in the lakes nearby as well as deep sea fishing in the ocean.
